This particular property is special in that it has opened up to commercial hunting for the first time in 2010. Because it is the first year to offer guided on this property, we are offering some exceptional pricing for our clients. The property has many mature, high end trophy class bucks as a result of no hunting pressure or trophy harvest.

The hunt is guaranteed. If you do not have an opportunity to take a viable 200 yard or less shot at a buck (standing still) of your desired class you may return to hunt on another date, or receive a refund.

There are particularly a large percentage of mature bucks in 170-200 class range. The ranch has a genetic trait that includes a lot of big typical 12-14 pointers with very long tines and main beams. The ranch house is very nice. 3 bedrooms, twin and queen beds.

Hunt includes meals, lodging, guides, and game care High deer density, high quality bucks. Average seeing 4-7 bucks per stand on the morning hunt and the same on the evening hunt.

Nice 3 bedroom ranch house includes: porch, living room, full kitchen, King, Queen and Twin beds. It overlooks the lake and has a great fire pit. It sleeps 5 hunters in comfort.

The ranch has heavy brush, some fields, and large numbers of 140-200+ class deer.

Non-Hunting Guests: 1-10 years old: free /11-17 years old: $100 per night / 18+ years old: $200 per night. Non-hunting guests receive all meals, lodging and drinks and may accompany hunters to the blinds. Non-hunting guests may harvest the hunters wild boar if seen, any predators, and may enjoy the fishing.
