Treasure Cay is a small coastal community on the east coast of the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas. Treasure Cay is approximately 165 miles due east of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Their 5-star golf course has attracted PGA greats for decades. Their beaches are a well-kept secret and known locally to be superb. The big crescent beach has been voted by National Geographic to be one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.

The town of Treasure Cay consists of a bakery called Florence’s (with the best cinnamon rolls ever made), the Tipsy Seagull bar on the marina, Cocoa Bar on the big beach, a restaurant called the Spinnaker, a library and general store. The fishing is world class.

The people of Treasure Cay are all very friendly, most speak English and French. Treasure Cay Airport serves the community.

TREASURE CAY BEACH HOUSE

If privacy and serenity are what you are looking for, you have discovered the perfect vacation home in one of the world’s most pristine locations. Whether relaxing in the luxurious living room, lounging on the covered porch with a tropical drink, watching the sunrise in the morning or gazing at the stars at night, you will love this brand new, high-end home with a spectacular view of the turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco.

The home itself is located at “The Point” (considered the best location in Treasure Cay). The half-acre lot consists of 85 Feet of prime beachfront on beautiful Windward Beach. The calm seas are perfect for swimming, snorkeling and strolling or to simply gaze serenely onto the waters as dolphins, rays and turtles swim by.

This brand new home was just completed in the summer of 2012. It was built with great attention to detail, quality, and style. Only the finest materials were used in the finishing of the home, such as Carrera marble tile throughout, custom wood cabinetry, quartz countertops (in all four bathrooms and kitchen), vaulted wood ceilings (up to 15 ft high), high-end fixtures, etc. 

The home consists of approximately 3200 square feet under roof and four bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom). It is equipped with a dual zone central air conditioning system, and high-end ceiling fans in the living room and in each bedroom. The home has an open concept contemporary layout with high-end Italian furnishings. The living area is completely open with two sets of elegant French doors, opening onto a spacious porch offering spectacular views of the turquoise waters and the dazzling white powdery sand beach.

The kitchen consists of high-end Brookhaven wood cabinetry, quartz countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, and microwave). The nearby dining area allows seating for up to six people, plus seating for three at the kitchen bar space.

The home features two identical and exquisite master suites overlooking the beach. The rooms include king size beds, a large closet, a modern dresser set, 42” LED TV’s and feature spacious marble en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs and separate showers. In addition, elegant sets of french doors open onto the marble-floored, covered porch.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, large closet, modern dresser set, 42” LED TV and a large en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The fourth bedroom consists of two twin beds, a large closet, a 32” LC TV with a built-in DVD player and an adjoining bathroom.

The rear of the home leads onto a spacious, covered Carrera marble-clad porch which features a high-end modular sectional sofa, a dining table that seats six and a top of the line Weber gas grill. Step off this porch and you will find four lounge chairs on the white fine powder sand beach just below. There you can walk for miles or swim in crystal clear waters. This is living in paradise!

In addition to this great layout, the home also features so many modern amenities that it would be hard to believe you are actually on an island. This includes reliable, high-speed wireless internet. Also, five LED TV’s (50” in the living room, 42” in three bedrooms and 32” in the last bedroom. Each television is equipped with DirecTV satellite. Also included is Vonage telephone service so that guests can make unlimited calls anywhere in North America, free of charge. In addition, the home also consists of two brand new front-load washer/dryers.

The rental will also include all the luxuries that one would find in a high-end boutique hotel and more. These include all linens, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryers in each bathroom and loads of kitchenware. For travelers with young children, we can provide a baby bed (pack and play with change table), a baby/toddler booster seat with tray, baby monitors and toddler bed rails.

Pictures simply do not do this home justice. It is absolutely spectacular inside and out, and will not disappoint even the most discriminating renters.

Take a two-minute walk out the sandbar and discover hundreds of sand dollars, wade to Sunrise Cay (a tiny island off of the tip of Treasure Cay), take an island hopping trip to the outer islands, or simply prop your feet up and pull out that book.

Visit the market, liquor store, restaurants, Tipsy Seagull, as well as explore the beauty of the Treasure Cay resort area. All minutes away, this home is close to everything you could ever need without the crowds in this quiet private beach setting.

Treasure Cay World Class Marina is very popular with sport fishermen and hosts several billfish tournaments every year. Boating is great in The Abacos and you will want to visit quaint New Plymouth on Green Turtle Cay, Bakers Bay or Orchid Bay Resorts on Great Guana Cay, The Sail Shop and Joe’s Studio on Man O War Cay and historic Hope Town on Elbow Cay. This is a wonderful area and is located less than an hour from Florida by plane or six hours by boat! Paradise is not that far away!

Located in the beautiful residential community beach club, this luxurious beachfront three bedroom, den, two bath condominium is situated on one of the “The World’s Top Ten Beaches” at Treasure Cay. 

This condo offers a spacious 1,650 square feet of luxury living space on the second-floor level and provides spectacular ocean views of the turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco. 

Enhanced features include lavishly decorated Tommy Bahama Lexington furnishings, vaulted ceilings, a large, modern and fully equipped open concept kitchen with GE appliances, including a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, custom ceramic sink, and Corian countertops.

THE FLEET OF BOATS

The 27 ft Rambo with a 4-stroke Honda is our top of the line center console boat with either T-top or Bimini Top for shade. They have dive platforms with a swim ladder and are licensed for up to 10 people.  There is seating for two in front of the console, forward cushioned seating over the larger storage lockers, and seating for the captain and crew behind the console. The boat also offers dry storage under the console and in the console. Deck lockers also provide storage for snorkel and dive gear.  The reverse chine bow and planning hull provide a smooth entry into waves and a boat that is fuel efficient.  The 4-stroke Honda is quieter and more fuel efficient, burning about 1/3 less than a two-stroke.  Without the need to buy two-stroke oil.

This 25 ft Dusky center console boat offers a clean riding hull, T-top for shade, generous dive platform with swim ladder and is licensed for eight people. Seating for two in front of the console with a bench seat for two behind. Additional floatation cushions are provided for the forward seating areas.  It is powered by a fuel efficient Evinrude Etec 250 two strokes.  This boat rewards you with a better ride in rougher waters.

Our captains are English speaking local guides, born and raised in the Bahamas. They are safe, courteous, polite, and educated. They are professionals fishing guides in the largest sense. They know the waters, tides, and fish habits having been fisherman all their lives. They have navigated these waters all their lives.
